SELF CARE / BRAIN / HEALTH
Though most of my work concerns the two ends of the age-spectrum, I'm as interested in women's inner lives as their outer roles.
So I gravitate to wellness, self care, prevention, psychology, sexuality, and authenticity...those who-are-we, what-makes-us-tick, and oh-how-can-we-keep-ticking topics.
Current focus: prolonging brain health.
Please also see the Alzheimer's page re: my motivational speaking for dementia caregivers.
Confidence is power.
